Yes. Just enter any special instructions in the ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ box when placing your order. We will hand write this in bold black text on the parcel for the courier’s attention.

Can I ask to have the parcel sent to my local post office and collect it from there?
Yes. Write this in the special instructions, and enter your real address as the delivery address.
Or you could enter the address of your local post office and have us send it directly there. When entering the address write ‘FOR COLLECTION BY
What will the package look like when it’s delivered?
Your parcel will arrive in a non-see through, waterproof, delivery bag. It will include the exact address you enter in the shopping cart. Any special instructions you indicate such as ‘leave at front door’ will be written by hand in bold black writing on the front of the parcel.
The return address will just be 18b Natana Place Whakatane with no indication that it is from HushHush.
The products you order will be wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. There is no way to feel the contents, and the warehouse is very careful to ensure there is absolutely no giveaway that the parcel contains adult products.
